Before you by check this one out: It has an integrated rain cover and the inside screen design makes is really easy to clean. It is the model that came on our 2017 Casita and it's the best roof fan we have used out of 4 different rv's in our history:

I had the Fantastic Fan, two speed with reverse, in my Scamp and it was okay as long as it wasn't raining. Having the reverse feature is great at night blowing cool night air on you. I put Maxxair Deluxe fans in my Airstream and my Boler because I want to be able to run the fan in the rain with out having to buy an additional cover and at the lower settings the fans are supper quiet.
