1988 Casita 16'

Casita has 3 way refrig, stove, A/C, awning. Full front bath. Sleeps 4 with bunkbed option.
Since we purchased it we have installed a new roof vent, new laminate flooring, and recovered the dinette cushions. I have purchased the material to recover couch as well. We have never cooked or smoked in it. Very clean and everything works.
Asking $4200 obo

It is 46" wide and 73" long. I've always used full size sheets on it.
