Like new, used once, 2007 Casita Spirit Deluxe. Excellent condition, high-lift axle, A/C, water heater, outside shower, has bath with small sink, toilet and shower. Bathroom, sink, stove, water heater never turned on. Fantastic fan, brand new battery, in the past 3 years trailer was covered 90% of the time. We are original owner, trailer was ordered from Casita without side decals for a clean look and ready for customization. Less than 200 miles on tires, beautiful interior, red custom banquette cushions. Serious inquiries only, no trades, no owner finance. Price is $12,900 cash.

Sorry about that. This 2007 Casita 17' in TX does not have a furnace or awning but DOES have a fridge, microwave and screen door. Also forgot to mention that sway bar is not included as I need it for my 13' Casita which I am keeping.
