FL | 2016, Feb: Who's going to Scamp Camp

Is this something that happens every Feb? We live in SW Florida and would like to go to the next one. Is it always announced here?

Jill, the next Scamp Camp in Sebring is on the 7th of Feb, 2017. It officially starts on the 8th but any show up a day or so early. It lasts a 5 day week, but again, any stay a few days more. camp site might still be open. If not, keep trying as folks tend to cancel and a new site will open up. Hope you make it, it is always lots of fun.

Is there a particular area for the rally that I need to mention when making the reservation? Or do I make just a general camping reservation?

You just have to get a camp site. The entire program takes place in the campground. Folks are scattered all over. Get a campsite and enjoy. The rest is easy.
