Trillium outside window trim
Anybody know where to get the black plastic trim that snaps on the aluminum band around the window? Or does anyone know of a better material to use?
Thanks
Doug

Thanks for that Jim.
I bought a 73 Trillium 1300 last fall, and have been restoring it since. I have put in a full Queen size bed and this past weekend did the belly band. Next weekend ...paint.

I would love to see pics of the belly band...I'm totally envious of trilly's that have the rockguard over the escape hatch window...mine is damaged and I'm not sure what to replace it with...any suggestions would be appreciated!!

The window, or the rock guard?

I was working on the trillium trailer yesterday and noticed that the section of trim around the rock guard on the front window appears to use a different trim than the rest of the windows. Does anyone know what type it is. thanks

I have never found any trim that fits the rock guard. Please let us know what you find.
I have wondered if this would work:
Elixir Screw Cover, Molding
or this:
Philips Screw Cover, Rigid Molding, 5/8" Wide Overall, 8'
or this:
Philips Screw Cover, 5/8" Wide Overall, 12', Black

David - it is the rockguard that is damaged. I have the centre piece (although it looks old) and one of the extension arms is broken but I think we can repair that. Paul N. suggested using corrugated fiberglass that can be purchased form home depot/lowes and cut to size. Any other suggestions?

I have some of what I call, clapboard shaped filon, like the orignal. It came off a salvage RV. It also has to be cut down.
