I'm surprised that no one has put this up before now, but a car and trailer buddy from Sask just sent me a link to this site.
Its for the 6th Annual Prairie Meet in Macklin Lake Regional Park (in Sask) near Alberta border. Some pictures I've seen of the Alberta meet seem to have some of the same Happy Campers from this meet, so it MUST be a Fun Event.

Here's the link I was given, theres pix and maybe a regi form IF its not too late!!!!

Contact<boler77@sasktel.net> without the darts for more info (I think)!!

If you check the Calendar the information is there, it links to here:

I believe today is the last day to pre-register, just show up after today.

Here is some more info:

Thanks for that update, as I said I just rec'd the link from a buddy north of there. Points of interest that I saw in the add on link you provided were, 1) Buddying up is advised?? and 2) Paying for showers. These are two items we do NOT have at our South Western B.C. meets at The Fort Campgrounds. Always ample parking for everyone PRE-REGISTERED and showers are free (and H O T !!!)
Having said that...... next year (retirement year for me) I plan to take in both of these meets, (IF possible) as well as many others including Rod Runs along the way.

I was looking at this event last week and wondering if it was strictly a Boler event. I would have inquired since I'd love to have attended and spent a weekend learning and getting ideas but, my son pointed out that we have a competition this Saturday. Pity.... Perhaps next year.

It was a great event as always. I've been to three now and have always enjoyed them.
Greg changed the name to Prairie Egg Gathering instead of Bolerama to reflect that it's for all types of molded fibreglass trailers not just Bolers. There were about 80 trailers there and the local community came down to view them on Saturday as well. The town also put on a great breakfast for us. As always people exchanged ideas, got up to date on all the mods we all keep doing and generally had fun. The potluck is always a hit.
Plan to come for next years event. The furthest people we had this year came from Nova Scotia!

I don't think they're posted yet: Bolerama's home on Webshots, looks like prior years pics are posted here.

I attended the PEG this year for the first time. It was fun to see all those trailers and what everyone has done to theirs. I will definately try to make it to next years gathering.

The facilities were pretty good although it seemed they ran out of room as some trailers did not get power and others had to park in an area with other rvs and not the fiberglass trailers. My daughter was disappointed that we did not get a firepit but there was a big bonfire in the common area Saturday night that we enjoyed. The bathrooms were clean but there was only one shower and no ventilation. For a loonie, the shower ran on forever but at only one unadjustable very warm temperature. Normally that would be fine but it was so hot that weekend...a cooler shower would have been great! One was sweating before even leaving the shower area.

Macklin chamber of commerce put on a great pancake breakfast for everyone. They were raising funds for Macklin's new pool and raised $475 from the breakfast.

The following is a link to my boler renos as well as a few pics I took at the gathering.
