Laurel, we tent camped for 40 years. Then we bought a small older trailer and fixed it up, and re-discovered camping. Then we bought a slightly bigger older camper and realized how many hidden problems there were. Then we started looking for the perfect egg. Then we bought ParkLiner #006. While we have not yet camped in it, soon that will change!

We have had a bit of trouble with our Parkliner. We picked it up in March and drove about an hour to camp for the night. Once we hooked up, a pipe/tube with the water pump came undone and flooded the back lower area. We were so upset and disappointed. After about 3 hours, Chandler came out and fix it. We should have driven back the next day and had him go over everything but we didn't. On the way home through snow and rain, we discovered leaking around the fan. Chandler suggested we go to a local place and have them go over the plumbing and fix the leak, at his cost, but we really wanted him to do it. There was some talk about meeting him half way but that never happened. We have tried contacting him and Cameron but have not heard from them since mid-April. We are not mechanically inclined and bought the park liner because it seems "user-friendly." It has been a real disappointment after having a renewed sense of faith in the company. We have found a company here that is going to go over everything and fix the leak. Hopefully we will be able to put it all behind us and start enjoying our camper!

Take a deep breath and moveon and enjoy the upcoming spring and go camping.

Yep, ten years ago I had a problem with a NEW American built vehicle the third day I owned it....

BUT: When I called the dealer the next morning to report a small fluid drip from the clutch master cylinder, they sent a driver over to my house with a loaner vehicle, picked up mine and, two days later, brought it back with a new clutch master cylinder installed, and a fresh wash job.

Customers can understand & deal with mfg problems, it's indifferent customer service that isn't acceptable, and some mfgs seem to have an abundance of that.

"We have tried contacting him and Cameron but have not heard from them since mid-April."

Leaving the customer out to dry, literally in your water leaks case, is common in the archives here. A guy tried to get a hold of them on facebook for a window leak but they kept deleting his posts. So I doubt that would be a good route to try. Best of luck.

Waiting for 4 months to hear.

Cameron could you please email or call us? We have been trying since January to talk to you all about a battery tray and about having the wheel wells fixed. We've only gotten promises that it's on the way. Now it's May. Please?

Nope its not really, as I actually feel badly for those who continue to put their faith into the company and plunk their money down only to watch the delivery dates slide by and e-mails and phone calls go unanswered in regards to delivery dates or fixing some pretty serious well documented issues.

Nice little trailer & clearly a potential customer base but having followed the story of the unfolding or some might suggest the unraveling of this company from the start its pretty sad state of affairs. Worthy of a case study at the local University as to how not to start a company or run one.

Surprising due to the fact they have publicly acknowledge more than once that customer service was seriously lacking & they intended to fix it ... yet it continues. Big question is how long can it continue before the faith dies out and someone looses there deposit due to the company closing its doors... wouldn't be the first trailer manufacture to shut down unexpectedly.

Sorry to hear of your long wait for your Parkliner and minimal success in contacting them to resolve post build issues. I believe that we may have the record wait of 385 days after multiple promise dates passed. We, too, have a few minor issues, but I will seek guidance from owners here to resolve as there is radio silence on their end.

I've emailed 2 NC news agencies that have reported on ParkLiner to tell me if anybody is even home! And we're scheduled in May 19th for warranty work. Gee!

Capn Bob, do what Deryk did, I can't remember but he will tell you. Was it the state attorney general that got you results Derek?

Frank why do you think its all for naught? Have you heard something that makes you think so? It looks like Cameron posted here just a few days back so they must be still in biz!

I got the generic email from them and used the email address that was in the email and they responded and set up an appt asap....I did insist on speaking with someone cause if I do a 1000 mile round trip and no one was there my mom would be bailing me out of jail from burning the place down....I have zero tolerance for ppl wasting my time.
