I am selling my
Cadet trailer. I have it listed on kijiji. I have it posted at $4200 and will entertain offers. The trailer is currently at my cottage in the Dorset, Ontario area (about 3 hours north of Toronto) and close to Algonquin Provincial Park. Photos available at this link:

Condition:
Frame - excellent - galvanized frame still looks new
Exterior - Good - some wear and tear. I patched one area where the
fiberglass had separated in rear top corner - no
leaks. Recently scrubbed down with scotch pad so could be ready for
painting if new owner wants to update it.
Interior - Good - see below for modifications
Windows - Good - no leaking
Heater - Fair - it's all there, but I have never used it so can't comment on it. The thermostat is currently not hooked up (have full original owners manual for heater)
Stove - very good condition
Water tank - was removed by previous owner(s)
Modifications:
- biggest one is a previous owner made the rear dinette into a permanent bed. I prefer this myself as the bed is always ready. Storage space still accessible under old seat benches and between the seat benches
- front
fiberglass tongue box replaced with a watertight metal locking one
- front dinette area was rebuilt as a previous owner had removed storage area
- pop up roof has bug netting so that the roof can be left up at night for ventilation
- front window was developing some small cracks near the top, so a tinted piece of plexiglass was mounted to the entire top section to shore it up - window works as it should and is watertight
- interior redone in heavy automative carpet in a
light neutral gray - replacing the ghastly red velvet like interior
- bearing buddy's added for easy maintenance
- currently wired for 4 pin but wiring exists if
battery hook up required
