New owner of 1988 Lil Bigfoot project

Hi Everyone,

Matt here in NW Montana. I'm the proud owner of a Lil Bigfoot that need some major work. I've gutted the inside...all cabinets, framing and paneling are out except for the galley (which won't fit through the door).

Today I'll rip out the rotted subfloor. I think I know the process to replace, but have not found a great description of the process...links?

Also, I'm considering ripping out the pink 1/2" insulation and replacing it with something with a greater R-value since I plan on using the trailer lots in the winter. I'm wide open to suggestions. I'm thinking about using 1/2" minicell closed cell foam or perhaps having a closed cell spray foam contractor spray in 1" or so...thoughts?
