I checked in person with my DMV. we don't have long lines here like when I lived in Virgina. They said I needed one paper from the border and it could be one of these, and gave me a list on numbers. I told the border guy that I need one of these, and he filled one out for me. Sally maybe you got through quick because you didn't need the paper. :) AND didn't have three crazy women with you like I did. I think they were checking out a pickup with the dog, and just did my trailer for the heck if it because they did the picup first, and it was after I was through and getting the paper done. but really it was no big deal. I didn't have a tag either, and saw the law many places, but they never pull me over.
