It is a 14' or 16' fiberglass 1973 Amerigo Travel Trailer. It is a project trailer as it should have the floor replaced before any real use. It is nice and light, I think 3000-3500lbs wet, our 92 Chevy Astro pulled it with ease. It has a gas oven, gas/electric fridge, sink, table turns into a double bed, front bench turns into a single bed, small closet, no bathroom. Tires are in great shape, and has a fullsized spare that is brand new. It has no A/C but the oven is supposed to work as a heater http://www.fiberglassrv.com/files/Duette_R...nace_Manual.pdf except I can not get the fan to work. Has cabinets above the kitchen table. We have used the oven and it works good, and have used the fridge on the electric mode, and tried it on propane. It has fresh water tank under the smaller bed.

The trailer is not perfect it has a soft floor and really should be replaced. Previous owner said he had the trailer brakes replaced just before we purchased it. He also put some silicone around one window as it had leaked at one time. The access panel behind the fridge on the outside has been missing since the last owner, it should have something to cover it up. The third brake light in the back is missing the cover. It badly needs to be washed and waxed. Last time we have used it was over three years ago, and since I don't have time to repair the floor, I would like to trade for a small boat that my wife and I can enjoy, something that we can use now and not have to work as I don't have the time.

Sorry, but local people only. No delivery, and the buyer must have a good look at it first.

Oh, I forgot to add that if no boat in trade, $1200 cash should get me a small aluminum boat.

Bill, I commend you for insisting that the buyer see the trailer before buying -- good for you!

Thanks Dana. I just want the owner to know exactly what they will be buying. Opinions very and I don't want the new owners to be disappointed

Yep. Had two guys look at it and pass. Both said it would need a lot of work and would probably need to be gutted and redone. New price is $800 or trade for boat.

thanks again

Hi Billb, I am in northwestern Iowa; is this trailer towable as is?

VERY interested; could drive up one day next week to take a look.

Thanks, dan

Very towable. Only issue about towing might be the third (middle) brake light cover is missing, other than that, she is good to roll.

I will have to give a call tomorrow as it is my wifes b-day today and need to head out to celebrate!
