Like new 2007 Plan ‘B’ Escape 17’ trailer with most options (see escapetrailer.com for details):
Gaucho/Bunk option allows sleeping for 4.

OPTIONS list:
3 - Burner Stove
Air Conditioner (8000 btu above refrigerator maintains clean exterior lines)
Additional OPENING Window over sink
Bike Rack Ready (owner added 2 stainless steel frame bolts to increase hitch carrying capacity to 400 lb per Mfg’er)
Dual Propane Package (with automatic crossover)
Exterior 120V Outlet
Factory Tinted Windows
MaxxAir Fan (this is a fabulous fan!)
Front Rock Guards
Gaucho Bunk (200lb capacity), great backrest when not using the bunk!
Hitch Wheel
Interior Shower/Toilet Package (larger enclosure in ’07 with sink added, 14 gal black tank)
Exterior shower added to interior shower package
Upgraded Hot Water tank to 110V/DSI propane (free hot water when staying in electric sites!) (custom option)
Folding Screen Door
Stove Cover for 3 Burner stove top
TV antenna / 12V Outlet
12 Volt Outlets added (4) (one at sink, one at front closet, 2 more next to 12V TV outlet (all with child safety covers)
Two Shelves added in Wardrobe Closet

Standard Equipment includes an 11’ awning, spare tire with cover, welded on stabilizer jacks, window screens and other items that could be options on other trailers. 20 gal Fresh water, 20 gal Grey, 14 gal Black tankage.

There were some major improvements made for the 2007 model year:
Larger Shower Enclosure with added sink, black tank capacity increased to 14 gal, entry step added, 200lb bunk capacity and A/C increased to an 8000btu model.

I had a trailer manufacturer in Ontario design and weld on a heavy duty platform above the propane tanks that has a plastic 50 gal Stanley Storage Container bolted down. This adds storage for many ‘messy’ items and doesn’t interfere with the front window/rock guard or view from inside. Camping chairs are strapped down on top of it for travel.
I Replaced the standard Parallax 12V converter with a 60amp Xantrex RV model that’s much more sophisticated (smart 3 stage charging) and installed 6 gauge marine battery cables to charge the battery much quicker when plugged in to shore power (or generator). It also handles ‘poor’ voltage sources much better, ie brownouts.
I converted most interior lights to LED bulbs to save 12V electrical draw. Two were left as standard for more light when needed.

Eastern Canada location saves a large delivery fee (was $2300 to Ontario in 2007 when I bought mine). Save the 5% GST by buying used (Canadian buyer). Escape manufactures in British Columbia.
Owner Located Toronto, Ontario, Canada (trailer stored near Hamilton). See the Escape trailer site, escapetrailer.com for details/photos. Asking $17,500 cdn. Pat Harris (416-694-1802) or email at aliensr[at]rogers.com. I Can email photos.

I know I would be way more excited about it than you.

I can't see why you're not.
