that was cheap if it was the camper with the van. They usually go around $100 -$130

Yes, I have one with the van in the original open side display box. Definitely paid more than $50 for it but much less than 130.

We also have the one on the left, not sure what it is meant to be, but since it's from 2009 I guess it is a cargo trailer. We'll interpret it as being a camper. Pam, where did you find the van / camper combo, and how big are they. Being in the box increases value, but that doesn't mean too much if it's something you just want to have because of owning a uhaul camper, not having it as an investment. Bob

Sorry to go slightly OT, but for those with egg trailers, check out Gus Chatterley's Facebook page. He makes toy sized egg trailers and this is probably the last year he'll do builds.. all fiberglass too: https://www.facebook.com/#!/profile....00000511693961

The pics at the top of his page are actual builds.

Here are some photos. I bought it bcause I have a uhaul. I don't think this will have enough value ever to retire on

We started getting those little toys about 5 years ago when we picked up our full size VT. We have two van/UHaul sets in boxes and a couple of the UHauls without the van. Our top price we paid? About $120. The cheapest without the van: $15. It all depends on the timing of the ads and if lots of people are watching. We often laugh that our grown children will wonder what to do with our "toys" when we are gone, since we have UHaul and VW collections. We also have 2 full size antique VWs (1968 single cab pickup and 1969 Autostick Beetle). From the UHaul world, we have numerous jackets, shirts, hats, a tricycle, two wagons, and a neon light. Yes, we are a bit nuts!
