Laura, you probably know that you have a couple of PMs from me as that is where I happened to first see one of your posts to me.

Just for the record, our 19' measured 20'2" including the tire when we took the ferry.

No, can't back this thing up a bit. Any time we get it into a space, I assure you that it was purely by accident. Oh, we know which way to turn the wheel. I have read that people often turn it too much and we certainly have that problem, among others.

Marv, is it getting cold up there yet? Nice you were far up north as the Midwest has been blazing hot, never mind Texas. It is nice to know that someone can be in his Escape for months and be comfortable.

I do like those Casita exteriors. They are so round.

Hi Cathy,
Actually, we are back in the lower 48 now, at Grand Teton heading south. But you are right, the Alaska weather, especially on the coast, was "anti-summer." Nights were 40ish, days were 60s and rain all the time. An egg is the perfect trailer for an extended trip: everything you need, nothing you don't and economical to pull. I think the Casita and the Scamp are the best-shape eggs.

Towing with Tacoma

Trying to decide on 17 or 19 Escape. We will be towing with TACO Prerunner with tow package 2 wheel drive. Any experience towing with similar. Any recommendations appreciated
