The side window on a
Trillium has to come out to safely remove the top jalousie pane. Even with the window out, I had to undo the 4 screws on the header to lift it up high enough to pull the pane out.
The key difference is that the header is attached at a downward angle on the Trill windows - I looked at my
boler and it is @ 90 degrees. The angle is what makes it difficult.
Here are some shots of mine with the pieces held together by hand.
The first one is with the top pane out.
The second with the top pane in lookin from the inside.
