Scamp hinges are three bolt. Boler hinges are two bolt. The Scamp door hinges are NOT a direct replacement for Boler door hinges. There's probably nothing wrong with your hinge, other than the fact that I see the spring is missing. You may want to get the bolt, spring and brass ball from Ian Giles. Boler Parts - Boler-Camping

The guts are new but the hinge itself is buggered up. I just have it too tight in the pick to see the spring...the cup that the brass ball sits in has been deformed by wrong parts from PO so need to replace

Hi Kyle, I sure we have chatted and gone into detail about the condition of your Boler hinges. I tend to agree that the wear is extreme and replacement is the best option. Scamp is the only hinge that will work as a replacement. Their mounting is different as is the offset of the leaf sections so the best way to mount Scamp hinges is to drill all new holes.
I recommend that you measure the total length of the door which I think you will find is about 63" long. If you mount the hinges at the 1/3 and 2/3 locations (21" & 42") from the top the door will open wide against the side of the trailer without hitting the belly band.
