Where in Washington State are you? If West of the Cascades then making sure you don't have
leaks is an important priority.
Make a list of the repairs you know you need, then ask for help in rating them as to difficulty and priority of for first items to get repaired. That will help you settle on a plan of attack and it will likely also help you understand what tools you need, what skills you need and what materials and funds.
