This a referral.
He started out a cple of thousand higher and has come down so I figure he is willing to negotiate, but this is only a guess on my part.
Plus it is a 2007 not a early 1970's Trailer so maybe it is in way better shape than a real old one??

Manufactured in Alberta. Very nice but still a little steep at $12,700, they start new at $16,000.

The awning is extra and maybe the toilet. Plus it already exists, and ordering your own can be a long and potentially painful process.

They start at about $20,000 in Nova Scotia. Exact same model!
