I read the 50 page thread on it. Not sure how much I retained. I bought some Zep but will wait until next season to decide what to do.

Tonight's project was to start to remove the hatches. I removed the City Water hatch fairly easy. The problem is the hole and the new round one are pretty much the same size. I will have to put a backer plate on and either fill the front gap with fiberglass or cut a second round plate to take up the room. I can't fiberglass it until next spring now.
The water tank Gravity feed hatch seems to be fiberglassed in or a putty that has gotten rock solid. I am going to take a Dremil and cut around this putty or glass without cutting into the flange of the hatch. The hole fore this is not big enough for the new Gravity Feed so I will have to enlarge the hole to make it fit.

Why not use the Zebra City Water Fill part # RC146P with O.D. of 3-1/2" x 3/1/2" O.D.? it looks a lot like the old one and you would not need to do any fiberglassing.

It sure is a good match. I had already bought the other ones which are round. I see their sink drain one is round. I haven't installed these yet so I'll rethink it. I would like them both round or both square. Thanks for the info. I'm getting a ton of links and product recommendations. Love all the info and helping hands.

Added the City Water fill and the Tank Gravity fill hatches. I had to make a face plate for the City Water fill as the holes were the same size as the hatch cover. I took a cutting board form the dollar store. Think it is made from UHMWPE (I think) So cut out the size I wanted, sanded the edges then ran a torch over the edges to flame and smooth out.
Still have to clean them up a bit. This pictures were after some highway driving so there is some dirt around.

Silicone
Is a swear word around fiberglass. It doesn't last but then prevents anything else from adhering after being applied.
(You mention it in post #25)

The silicone was only put in as a Temp fix and will be replaced next summer. Something's had to make due because of the fall in temps and availability.

I think I will get ours weighed next summer when we head out to Keji - a weighing station is on our way and wouldn't take long - curious to know - we travel quite light and carry no water.

That's very cheap for peace of mind I always pay extra for peace of mind - some people think I'm crazy. We have a metal scrap dealer on the way to Keji in Paradise - going to stop in there.

Looks like you changed the fiberglass colour. What kind of paint did you use?

That is the colour when we bought it. I have seen other Trilliums that colour and assumed it was original

Green and colonial white were the standard exterior colours available at the time. Green, colonial white and orange were the available interior colours. These colours were reflected in the serial number. 13-110xxxx would be all colonial white, 13-23xxxx would be green exterior and orange interior. This is detailed on the serial number list:

So the only water line I am waiting for is the Evac sink drain. So I decided to have a look at what it will take to replace it. I put my hand on the hose and gave a bit of a tug and the whole thing broke off. Looks like the hose was puttied on from a previous brake or crack. The big egg shaped piece was Epoxied on so it wasn't coming off. Well I decided time to remove the sink so working on this project would be easier. Once I got the sink out I was able to use a Dremil to cut vertical slots in the PVC plastic and then use a chisel to split them and get it off. So I is all ready to go when my part gets in.
So is this the problem with these small trailers? You just can't help yourself from taking parts off and creating more work. I do like to tinker.

I got good news today. My Furnace is up and running and in remarkable shape. He tells me it will last for years and has had little use. Now I can put my Trillium all back together and put it to bed for the winter.
