I'm plugging into a 110 volt source. I have no schematic of the trailer wiring. I know the 110 volt line from (shore power) feeds the converter. There is a line coming in from the
battery also. There's a thick brown wire that runs from the converter to the 3 way
fridge.
When I switch over to 12 v converter setting, my interior
lights all work. I haven't tried the
fridge yet, but I would think it will also run on off the 12v side of the converter. My
propane detector doesn't seem to work on 12v converter system, nor does the single 110/115 receptacle on the converter face.
The furnace I was just curious to know if it had a fan or not, as I was afraid it may overheat, as I notice the drawer trim above the furnace grate has melted somewhat over the years.
Think I got off topic here, but I really would like to upgrade the converter, but not sure what models are best suited to the Triple e. Reason for upgrading would be to have inverted power from the
battery to the receptacle, and a smart charging circuit to charge the battery whilst on shore power.
Hope this clears up the plug in question,
Ed
