Arrow I refurbed the Burro front Window

It's "TLC" Summer for my Burro. With a leaky from slider some PO FUBAR'ed it leaked in the rain. I searched ebay and salvage for a replacement with no luck. All-Rite wanted $870 for a custom window and I said no thanks to that kind of cost. So I pulled it out to see if I could do it myself. I dissembled the all the rubber and plexi glass and cleaned up the frame. I took it to my local glass store and they could order in tinted tempered glass to fit the frame for $150. So here it is after I reinstalled it today...

I'm building one as part of this refurb. I have a friend in the sign biz who is supplying me with Alumabond radius cut 1" larger than the frame. I've read enough here to figure out how to attach and hinge the top. I'm using these stone guard arms to hold it up

Stone Guard Support Arm

I'm looking into maybe mounting some solar panels to it once installed.

I'm open to ideas and suggestions.

I took a poster's advice and watched a bunch of YouTube videos about using a rivet tool. Cool!!! If I use this tool, is there a chance I could go thru both hulls while attempting to pop rivet an awning rail?? Or is that what I should shoot for? What did you use to seal the rivets?? Thanks!

Hi Greg,

When you figure out how to make your rock guard, could you please post some pictures? Could you also post a list of the parts needed? Thanks much.......I think this will be a winter project.
