Hi, welcome to the group. I'm just South of you in North Dakota. Lots of good info here. I was camping in East Grand Forks, Mn. last weekend and met a family with an Escape there who were from your area. Had a nice visit.

Great work Wyn and welcome to the forum. Hope to see you at the Manitoba Vintage camper Rally this year, 19 - 21 August at St Malo Provincial Park.

Enjoy the Surfside and if you have any questions just ask Rick or I about the Rally.

Looks amazing! Did you do the bodywork and paint yourself?
Where did you get the new hinges etc?

Thanks, the body work was done by a body shop so the paint, the hinges was bought at Lee valley, if you live in winnipeg and the shop is on ellice ave, but i just found another place called Metro trailers on nairn and they are selling for only $20, i paid $30 at Lee valley..its a very high quality hinges..i love it

Yes Metro Trailers in Winnipeg is a great place with knowledgeable trailer people and they also manufacture brand new frames for Bolers!

My Boy Scouts and I stayed in Winnipeg in 1998 on our way to the Bissett High Adventure Base. I want to come back and see it again! It was the greatest place with the nicest people.
