Horizon Camping Trailer,like Scamp,Casita etc.

1991 Horizon Molded Fiberglass Camper with the following options: stove, 3 way fridge, bath with shower & toilet, very large dinette that turns into a large bed (approx 74x74), many solid oak cabinets for storage and a two door closet with hangers, new hot water heater 6gal., new Goodyear tires, new propane tank 20lb., converter from 110v to 12v, with new battery.,7’ awning., A large fresh water tank 34gal., and one very large black water/gray water tank 42gal. No furnace at this time, but I have placed a gas shut off under the seat where the water heater is. This is called a 17’ trailer but has a small platform on the rear, so the trailer is really smaller than that. Size of actual body of trailer is 12’3”Lx76”Wx76”H. The inside headroom is around 73 ½”. Weighs approx. 2150 lbs it tows pretty easily with a medium size vehicle that has a large 6 or small v8. This is a two piece molded fiberglass camper like the Scamps, Casita’s etc., but this is really built, with foam insulation in roof, under floor, and all sides like the Bigfoot campers and with oak cabinets, doors etc. I’m asking $6,900.00 which is a great price for this quality camper, and with all the mods and updates I’ve done. More pics are on the Modifications thread, or I can email some to interested parties .Call (315-696-8174) if you are serious. Here are a list of mods and updates that have been done to the trailer.

Mods & Up grades on Horizon:

1. removed old plumbing and put in all new pex pipe, and pipes to water tank from filler opening.
2. removed tar on roof around fan
3. removed old fantastic fan and replaced with new fantastic fan
4. new Goodyear marathon tires
5. new magnet for pass side electric brake
6. put shut off’s on kit faucet, bath faucet, & toilet
7. replaced bad spot in floor by door about 16”x 24”
8. removed old carpet & installed new Traffic-master floor
9. new 20lb propane tank
10. removed old water heater, installed new with new copper tubing propane line
11. removed old body molding over seam, replaced with new body molding
12. installed hot water heater by-pass valve
13. installed winterizing kit
14. New bath faucet
15. Gas shut off installed for future furnace, Cat heater etc.

Addition:
I’m going to drop the price on this nice little trailer, and it needs nothing. Just hook up and take it camping, the only thing you might want to do is put in a heater/furnace( I have a gas shutoff installed already). The previous owner told me that to his knowledge no one camped in this trailer. The trailer was built for the State of Arizona Fire Underwriters, and they used it for an outside office. There is a 4” pipe in the front of this and they used that to pipe in AC from a near by building. This would make a nice camper for a couple, although we used it over the July 4th and took my grandson with us. Its in great shape and really nice inside with all the Oak and if your looking for something that has a large bed its in there. Price: $6,500.00 I will move it to Ebay in a week or so. Thanks

Sorry but I also forgot to mention that this has a nice screen door, and a hood over the stove with light & fan. I have included here a picture with the awning out, and you can see the new body molding over the seam. Thanks
