I have a 1975
trillium 1300 with the standard beige gelcote exterior. I have been doing a lot of web surfing and cannot come to a complete decision on what to do with the exterior, so maybe you guys can give me some advice. I know there is no bringing the original gelcote back to a shiny finish, I tried on a test spot and was unsuccessful. The overall outside looks ok, so I was thinking about just applying the zep wet look floor finish over it to make it look shiney, but I know that will magnify any and all imperfections, OR should I
paint it then gloss. I know there really is no coming back from the decision I make so I want to be positive before I start, what would you guys suggest?
