1998 17' Casita value?

What would a 1998 17' Casita with roof AC and awning go for? Looking for opinions. It is advertised on good shape.

'98 Casita camper, great shape, clean in and out. plenty of storage inside, sink, 2 burner stove, heater, A/C (on roof) shower with sink/toilet, closet. sleeps 3 comfortably, plenty of windows. Includes, hose for water and draining tanks, both brand new. Very little use, has 20Ft. cord with adapter for electric hook up.

Look below for come comparisons. Prices vary by region (west coast high) and season (spring - early summer higher). Lately I'd say most are getting asking prices, but not all.
