Has anyone changed out the back bunks for just a dinette setup? I’m curious about how hard or easy that would be.

Do you mean the front bunks? If so, yes, many have done it. You should be able to find some old threads using the "Site Search/Google" option at the bottom of the search menu. Try something like "front dinette mod."

we have a 13f scamper I don't know where the bunks are? we have a futon where they go so we can have a couch!

I know a 16 has more room we don't leave anything set-up then nothing to take down for bed at night!

I have seen some photos where the fiberglass was cut to make the dinette but left limited leg room. I dunno, something to ponder on and over for a while!
