I’m not posting every detail about this camper but I hope to post enough to scare off folks who really shouldn’t buy it.
1989 16ft
Scamp fiberglass camper with, bathroom/shower, stove,
propane heat, hot water tank, double sink, 3-way
refrigerator, rear table/double bed, front single bed, air-conditioning, closet, fresh water tank, grey tank, blank tank,
awning.
This camper needs a “total home makeover” – inside and out. Yes it can be towed and the electric
brakes work.
Tires are a few years old but have low miles.
The ideal buyer will be someone who wants to refresh one of these eggs, has time, tools and a dry place to store the camper while doing the work. If you live in a HOA neighborhood and can’t keep these things on your own property (like me) then stop reading here.

What does it need?
Fiberglass is chaulked.
Metal parts front and rear have some surface rust and needs wire brushing and
paint.
The previous owner custom AC install needs attention including the outside vents. (I assume I killed the wasps recently.)
Door hardware needs a refresh.
Front bunk hardware is missing so only one bed up front.
Entire inside needs cleaning.
Curtains are shot. Cushions probably need replacing.
Rear table works but was cut for some folding hack and may need to be replaced.
Bathroom needs some work. Everything works but the toilet probably needs to be replaced.
Camper hasn’t been used in several years. It needs a new home. If I could keep it on my property I’d be keeping it, but I can’t. I’d like $1,000 firm.
