Cleaned - all carpets and mold removed.

Floors solid (sanded and painted).

Yes - everything is for sale, but not needing the money per say so will not give it away

Still have all original stuff - cushions etc but put in new foam bedding.

New wheel bearing and tires

All new snap caps w butyel tape

Asking $4,000

FYI - one pic was during the restoration. We removed all benches and carpet then sanded floors bare before re installing

And it is obo - so if I'm way off let me know. But that's less than what I have in it!
