I hate to do this, but our life situation has changed and I am selling our 13' Casita. It is a fine little camper.

Features:
Electric brakes
Water tank (10G I think) and manual water pump
Sink and stove (two propane tanks mounted on front)
Electric throughout, wired for battery but no battery currently installed
Sleeps three adults
Dining table converts to double bed
Bunk beds (top bunk for child under 80lbs) convert to couch
Icebox, no fridge

Asking $6900

that picture is taken at Ridgway state park just outside of Ridgway, Co. A very nice park and very quiet in the shoulder seasons.

It is "pending" to someone. They asked me to give them until friday to get their car all wired up for it. Will update status this weekend
