Located in Saskatoon Saskatchewan. Putting feelers out there as i'd like to give this trailer a new home in the spring. We decided we liked camping so much that we've picked up a westfalia van, and a stick built trailer, having 3 campers is just a bit too much!
The good:
-Trailer has been extensively restored, ensolite walls and built in furniture has been painted white, cabinets and drawers and table are painted blue.
-New curtains have been sewn with blackout material inserted to make it comfortable to sleep in.
-Cushions have been recovered with matching denim
-new vinyl flooring installed.
-all the original
jalousie windows work properly.
-3 brand new rims/tires
-repacked wheel bearing
-all new marker
lights (all
lights work, 4 flat connector)
-Furnace,
fridge, stove all work
-door handle and locks work as they should.
-interior
lights all replaced with LEDs
-battery/box mounted on tongue
-modified to hold 2x20lb
propane tanks on tongue
-water tank is present, but hasn’t been filled recently.
-Gelcoat is in great shape
-original canopy and poles are included, and in good shape
-axle is in good shape, with mounting plates for electric
brakes if needed.
-Rear stabilizer jacks, and front tongue jack work well
-Gravel shield over front window is in good shape
The Bad:
-This was a cracked egg, had suffered tree damage to the roof (has been repaired, damage ground out and new fibreglass laid in its place, no
leaks or soft spots in the roof anymore)
-the roof in the damaged/repaired places has been painted, this doesn’t 100% match the gel coat, but is close enough most people would never notice.
-the upper bunk in the front has been removed, none of the hardware is present.
I will post better quality pictures once the snow starts to go away and i can get at it again. But if interested in a great little trailer to put lots of mileage on this should be a serious contender!
