In an effort to clear up some of the confusion about the "Predom, Captan Cadet" trailers,
I have contacted the sales manager for Niewiadow in Poland and he is going to research their files in an attempt to tell me how many shells were sent to Canada in 1986 and if any were sent to the U.S.
The ones sent to Canada were outfitted by Nical Inc ( the importer) who gave them the name of Cadet (13' poptop) and Captain (16' with toilet room).
Niewiadow exports trailers to over nine countries presently some of which are marketed under the Niewiadow names of 126 n, nt, and ntl. Trailers exported to Holland are outfitted there and marketed as Predom and these also carry the "N and nt " labels.
I hope this clears up some of the confusion, but I believe that most of these trailers that are presently in North America are of Nical decent and rightfuly carry the names of Cadet and Captain. The was also a
fiberglass clad 21' model
sold by Nical called the Admiral. I have yet to see one.
I will report back to this forum once Niewiadow sends me the information on how many were exported.
