Thanks David! I'll definitely see if they fit (I have an axle without brakes, so maybe the fit will be different). I ordered a pair of trailer tires from Walmart.com. The good ones are quite affordable, used a set of 15s on my Escape, so I bought the same tires in a 14 inch size for the Trillium.

Still finishing up the floor, the quarter round is more trouble than I thought. About half way done with that effort. Windows come next! (Seat covers are out for new zippers and bottoms). Dual path effort on the wheels too. Then I would like to mount a detachable cord like I have on the Escape: no mice, no losing the cord in a cabinet either.

Goal is get this trailer road worthy by spring. I have the luxury of both carport AND garage workshop space, so its a good winter project.

Floor done. Now I need to get the rest of the outside lights to work. Then come windows.

Cushions are out getting new back sides and zippers. I'll test fit one of those Ranger wheels to see what center adjustments are needed.

Are you going to put in a furnace?

A furnace is on the long, long, long term list.

Yes the centers will need to be bigger by less than a 1/8". I took mine to a neighborhood machine shop and they turned them for me. that way I made sure the hole stayed centered in the rim. They charged me 5 bucks each but then again the guys a friend of mine and wants to borrow one of my campers down the road. That was no problem because I ended up getting him to do like like 7 different sets of rims..

Curiously, I had about 1/8 inch clearance on the Ranger wheels. So no machining was required. Note, my trailer does not have brakes.

A picture of the trailer out camping this weekend, shows work so far. I wanted to road test my work.

Really small job, and haven't really tested it out much yet. The moulding that was holding the panels on my original rock guard/awning were either broken or missing. So the panels were loose and vibrating. Rather than wait for one of the panels to crack, I decided to do something about it. I used this $2 foam caulking replacement stuff from Walmart, tucked it into the sides of the panels. Two minute job...

This shows it as I am installing it, it all will be tucked into the edge of the panel, in the rock guard frame.

I did the vertical sides too, even where the panels are corrugated.
