SOLD 1997 16' Scamp

$7,900.00

Perfect for family with one or two small kids. This unit is fully equipped with utensils, pots, dinnerware and ready to hit the road. Nice and clean with all of the conveniences.

We bought this unit about 2.5 years ago when our kids were 8 & 11. I removed the upper cabinet from over top the side dinette and built a bunk for my son. Needless to say they've both grown and therefore time to sell.

- Three new tires and new electric brakes and bearings 10/13. Pulls easy at 70mph behind my 5.7L Tundra (approx. 13mpg).
- Duralast Battery 10/13
- Calmark cover 9/14
- Pre-engineered Anderson hardwood flooring with wood baseboards about a year ago
- Plywood cabinet doors
- Digital antenna, two each waste hoses and dvd player
- Original two way fridge, heater, microwave, water heater and A/C all work just fine.
- Added exterior convenience receptacle.
- Includes water hose with filter and removable tarp canopy with poles and lights
- Includes 19" HDTV with remote
- Stored covered up and under cover
- No undercarriage rust, no rot, no dents, no interior leaks.
- Replumbed black water
- New shower drain hose and drain pump
- Grey water tank has a slow drip at joint; otherwise it's as advertised and sold as is with FL title in hand.

- Serious inquiries only...thank you!

Please email me at abailey_22960 at yahoo dot com. I'd like to make arrangements to come see. My husband son and I are looking for a Scamp for beach and mountain biking adventures and can't wait to get a camper and get rid of our pop-up!!

The bunk can be removed but not necessarily at a camp site. The bunk is a sheet of plywood with pipe supports.

Crow
Crow, welcome to Fiberglass RV. If you wish to sell your Casita, your best bet would be to start a new thread. Look at the tabs across the top of this page. Click on "Classifieds". Then click on "Fiberglass Trailers For Sale". Start a new thread on the forum page that opens up - should be a yellow button towards the top of the page labeled "New Thread". That is where you want to put your listing.

Good Luck.

Follow up

Adam, just in case you didn't receive notification, I sent you a private email this evening. I am interested in your Scamp-16. I live in California so I would just need to work out logistics on transportation....but of course, I would come out and kick the tires so to speak while you can educate me on the trailer and all you have done.......looking forward to your response. Should you be a night owl, I am driving back to Southern CA from Northern CA and have several hours ahead of me......let me know if we can have a phone dialogue.......I can send you my contact information in a private email.

Thank you.
-Brian-

Brian...I own this scamp now. Sorry! But, it lives in NC now! Originally from Marin, so it's being cared for by a Californian! 😀

Should I assume you have a buyer in mind already? I hadn't yet seen a response to the private messages I had sent you? Or perhaps I sent them incorrectly.....I am new on this forum....
