Hi all,
Newbie and our new 16'
Scamp is winterized and parked in a pole barn so it will be clean of snow etc. We are based in central Michigan... Brrrr.
We have a trip to work on radio tracking bats along the lower Colorado River late January through mid Feb. next year. I am assuming since RV antifreeze is in all drains, tanks and pipes we should not really use the
Scamp (at least the water system) until we drive south a few days and we are below the freeze line and flush the system.
What do folks do when traveling through hard freeze areas?
How much flushing is needed to flush drinking water tank?
I am assuming we just stop at hotels until we are far enough south and in the safe zone.
Experienced comments welcomed.
