Replacing old hatches outside 77 Trillium

Hi all just wondered after drilling rivets out what to look for. City water hatch looks like it needs repair. Can these parts be bought somewhere? Also to replace drain does one need to remove fridge. How is this done? Never removed the fridge before. Any advice would help. Also is there some clamps to remove for the drain cover on the inside.
