1982 Burro New Exterior Lights?

Hi All!
Anyone know where to find Burro replacement lights? I drove around my county today from place to place and no one had a fit or even close to what the originals should look like. Online would be my preferred choice! Thanks All!

Also, in the last pic, that is an empty cut out leading to nothing. To the left of the door. My guess is original heater exhaust? I'm now just looking for an idea to cover it with something that looks nice. Any thoughts or experience?
