Scamp 13" interior decor question

I remember seeing a picture somewhere of a Scamp trailer where the white metal supports on the counter next to the sink had been replaced with a black metal cutout of a fir tree. Don't remember if it was on this forum. The supports I am talking about are the two twisted white metal pieces that run from the counter top up to the cabinet. I can't find the post now, so I was wondering if anyone knows what I am talking about, or where the people posting the pictures had gotten ahold of the new cutout. I would like to replace the white metal supports in our 13" Scamp. Couldn't find anything like it on the Scamp website parts store.

It is my understanding that these "tree" supports are the new factory installed supports. You can obtain them direct from Scamp Parts Department. Just because it isn't on the website, doesn't mean it isn't available. Keeping the website up-to-date has never been a great priority at Evelands. :-)

Give them a call.

Do you mean this one? Custom made, not a factory item. And it's on a Boler.

Lyle is correct, word is Scamp is including a decorative support for the cabinet over the sink. The person definitely said she bought one for her Scamp back home. Instead of decoration I attached a peg board to the spindles to suspend some hooks and baskets.

Yes. Scamp is now using a decorative metal support with a tree design. I’ve seen quite a few over on the Scamp FB groups. And yes, you can buy one to retrofit in an older trailer.

I emailed Scamp yesterday and they got back to me this morning. They do indeed stock these and they're $50. They no longer carry the twisted metal version.
