Doran Bus LED's on my 1996 13' Scamp

Need help replacing the tail lights on my Scamp. I followed forum advise to purchase 7" Doran LED bus lights to replace the existing lights after calling Scamp and learning they do not make that type of tight anymore. Anyway so the new lights have a red, black and white wire (is this a ground?) while the old lights had a red and green wire in one bulb, a black wire to the other bulb and a white ground. Do I ignore the green wire? Just do red to red, black to black and put in a small screw for the white wire? This is probably stupid, but I really don't have a clue. Thanks for any help.

For what it's worth and until someone else answers up, this is information I gathered a while back about the conversion to bus lights:


Just for reference, since a lot of us seem to be installing these LED lights (highly recommended). Just cut off the old lights and solder to the wires on the outside is the easiest thing to do with no messing around inside. So:
black is reverse
green is tail light
red is turn light
white is ground

I believe the LED lights are:
white is ground
black is tail light
red is turn light
