1974 Amerigo Escape Hatch replacement lid ISO

Hello! Does anyone happen to know where I can locate a replacement Escape Hatch lid for my 1974 Amerigo FG-16? I've searched high and low online but can't find anything referencing it.

Also unsure about how to measure it. The size of the actually screen escape opening is 26x26 so I'm assuming I go by that. Anyone know if a replacement like this one would work https://www.amazon.com/Hengs-90014-C...vent+lid+26%22
