13 or 14 inch rims for my 76 trillium?

looking to replace my 13 inch rims to a 14 inch rim, what size tire can get and still have a lot of room for bumpy roads without the tire rubbing the wheel well?

In terms of trailer tires, ST205/75D-14 with a 26.3" overall diameter seem to be the smallest available at this web site:
H188 & LOADSTAR 14, 15, 16 in. Tire/Rim at Trailer Parts Superstore

I have used old, 14" Ford Ranger rims for this.

4.5 on 5, we tried the 205-75-14, but they seemed really tight, we thought if we went over bumpy roads it might rub

My Trillium came with 14" rims and there doesn't seem to be any interference with the wheel arch. I was thinking of going back to 13" as my wife has difficulty with the step.

14inch
This shows it tight but has never rubbed.
