No time to finish this project. I started this a couple of years ago with the intention of a full restoration, but time, money and family have changed my priorities.
The good part is the dirty nasty job of removing moldy carpet and foam is done. The trailer has been completely gutted, all the carpet/foam was removed from the walls. I then glued new Reflectix insulation on the walls. The rear floor under the dinette has been replaced with new plywood and
fiberglass. I have almost all of the original interior pieces, most of the wood will need to be redone, but all of the
fiberglass is in good shape. It has 3 new tires/wheels.
The bad parts, it is missing the cabinet that goes over the sink/stove. It does not have the original
refrigerator, it has a 110v mini-fridge that fits in the space. It will need a new A/C unit and hot water heater. It will need all new cushions for the dinette/bed. The right side window needs a new seal and a couple of the vent covers for the
refrigerator are gone.
Trailer is located near San Antonio TX, I have a clear TX
title and the
registration is good thru Sept 2014. Asking $1500.
Thank you
