Interesting that they say it was an early model (13' EARL) made in Backus, MN. same town they make Scamps in.

With a VIN of 82CA183, makes me think it would be a 1982 model.

At one time or another, Acorn, Boler, Casita and Scamp were made in Minnesota.

FWIW, the east side of St Paul isn't known for being a better part of the Twin City area.
