That's really nice. Obviously, you are a skilled woodworker, especially with the router. I love that touch.

I'm guessing that the real wood is probably lighter than the particle board and will definitely last longer.

I replaced the particle board doors and drawer in my Scamp with solid cherry. I love the wood both looking at it and working with it.

Very nice! I like the camping scene, is that carved or drawn.

Your cherry will look even nicer once it develops more of a patina. Cherry is one of my favourite woods to use, a darker wood with lots of warmth.
