Casita 13' with good quality interior and amenities. No bathroom. It's having newer graphics applied currently so there will be a slight delay in availability.

First off, I apologize for the year issue. I mistakenly thought it was a late 80s model. However, the beauty of it is such that it might as well be late 80s or even 90s! Confusion aside, for sure it is a 1981 trailer.

I will consider offers. Clear Minnesota title. Exterior shell is excellent. Graphics are brand new, tires are brand new (never driven on). Some lights are being updated to LED as I write this. It has a torsion axle and new bearings. It is ready to go down the road.

There will be a new gasket seal for the entry door and the propane tank will be remounted to the tongue.

Interior is in good shape. There are also curtains for all the windows that go with it. I may get better photos of it soon if need be (it's still in the shop). Systems are presumed working but I've not had the opportunity to test them yet.

Is it possible to rename the original thread title to reflect that my trailer is not a late '80s model? I was mistakenly told it was a 1988 (honest mistake) when acquiring the trailer, but the title clearly states 1981.

I will consider reasonable offers for this Casita. It's a basic model with no A/C or bathroom, but I'm aware that for many the 13' fiberglass trailer bathrooms are undesirable due to their small size and how they take away from the already low storage capacity. Add an A/C unit and you're all set.
