I am interested in solartoo. Can you list the specific components you used? Where did you hide the second battery and your components? Any information you care to share would be helpful.

Hi, left a comment on my blog before seeing this. The second battery went in the space under the right seat in the rear, just enough room. Since it's under the bed, we used a closed cell battery so no leakage of fumes or acid. I have two 65 watt panels that are
light enough to carry in and out, couldn't use roof mounts since I have the Fantastic fan up there and also AC, so no room. They fit in the bathroom and I wrap them in foam for safety while traveling, very easy to setup and plug in. For the other components, you can contact Anthony at Ecofly, he's in Grand Junction, Colorado and probably not too far from you, if you're in Utah. The install was not easy, I would highly recommend using him for all or part of it, also he can get the components for you if you decide to do it yourself. I've now spent a few weeks out and it's working great, has been down below zero and I'm not running out of power at all, use the heater a lot. Feel free to PM me if you want to meet up and take a look, am in the Grand Junction area right now and will be back in the Moab/Green River area before long. Cheers.
PS Should read 130 watts in the
title, don't know how to change it.
