Even if it weren't the dead of winter with 12 feet of ice, this $3000 deluxe w/bathroom, Little BABY GIRL, would've sold to the first person (as it did).
I called the owner, last week and she left me a message saying it was sold, pending the arrival of seller's money on Tuesday, Dec.8th.

It's kind of like a garage sale SIGN, some owners love to advertise the sale, but are not responsible for picking up their signs or deleting craisgslist postings when it's OVER and GONE.
