Everything is in good working order. A/C, stove, refrigerator, microwave, fantastic fan, hot water heater. Battery is two years old. 14 inch tires are 2 1/2 years old
Extras include LHC's bath remodel, BAL stabilizers in rear, Window Maxx vents, all interior lights are LED.

Hello all. We have had a lot of interest but no one has seen our Casita.....possibly due to Easter weekend.

More info:
It does not have a furnace. The A/C is in the front of the camper, just under the closet. There is no heat strip.

Thank you so much for your quick reply. We were not available this past weekend. I think your camper would be perfect for us , but we also have a pop up that we need to sell first. If it sells, I'll try to get back in touch with you.

Can it be heated with a small electric space-heater? Assuming you are plugged in to 30 or 50 amp shore-power?

Or can a heat-strip be added? I might be interested in about 2 months, if available then.
