I don't understand and must be missing something. Seems to me that if the 13' were made of
fiberglass and weighed 3000 lbs, then Toyota Canada has said my van could tow it but if the 13' were made of lead and weighed 15,000 lbs, then Toyota Canada has said my van can not tow it.
Also seems to me that if Toyota says 3,500 lbs max, an accident while towing something heavier, particularly in the USA, would give a plaintiff's lawyer extra ammo.
