Escape Trailer Industries Owner Manual
As we have been looking to upgrade to an Escape, I have been researching various aspects of their trailers and the company's general attitude toward costumers. I came across this owner's manual the other day, and have found it not only engaging reading, but the best manual I ever have seen for any RV. If you don't have a manual for your egg (like us Parkliner types), check this out: http://escapetrailer.com/wp-content/...nersManual.pdf

While I agree that the Escape manual is very good, if you have a Casita I highly recommend Arizona Eileen's A-Z Owner's Guide.

Yes, it is quite complete. BUT it has no wiring diagram.
AND too many words, NOT enough pictures.

Wayne, why put a wiring diagram in a general RV manual that covers 4 or more models? Wouldn't you just insert that in the packet of specific warranty info that comes with each new trailer? Otherwise if you're going to cover ever eventuality for every model, that manual you don't like because it has so many words just got a lot more!

Because the locations & numbers of 120V & 12V receptacles in an Escape trailer are often customer specified, individual wiring diagrams would have to be created for each build. I suspect this would cause both cost & time difficulties...

We specified a different area for some main wiring as well as some other for incidentals. Escapes are custom which is why so many people buy them. They also change the wiring all the time on some optional items and the optional items are a lot of what is in many trailers.

I think only two of the plugs in Ten Forward are in the standard location.... I'm not a visual learner, so pictures don't work for me
