Replacement belly band

I have just aquired a 70's boler 1300. Its a real fixer upper and came without alot of the original parts. Im in need of a belly band or place i can buy one.? I would also be interested in any substitutes for the aluminum. Iv tried scamp but they can only ship to canada by cutting the band in 4' sections.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Pat another option you might try is what I dd on my love bug and my sons perris pacer which was to belt sand the edge of the belly band as smooth and straight as possible and then apply thin strips of fibre glass over the seam . Then hand sand it to clean up the edges . Then I purchased two rolls of chrome 1/2 inch trim from auto zone about 20 bucks a roll . It is self adhesive and apples easily and stays on very well

The standard Boler belly band is just 3/4"x3/4" soft (annealed) aluminum "C" channel. It is easy to bend "gently" as you work it around the trailer. Drill and rivet about every 16".

Ok thanks for the suggestions. The boler has relatively newer paint. So I'd hate to be sanding. I'll have a look in calgary for some C channel. Thanks again.

I am also in Calgary, should be easy to find, try Russel Metals, the longer the lengths you can use the better, originally there was only one join.

Might be easier to find 3/4 Square and saw out the extra wall on a table saw with a carbide blade.
